Kurabo’s Health Management Promotion System
We consider “health management” to be one of our major management issues and aim to address it proactively and systematically. Under the guidance of the Chief Health Management Officer (Officer in charge of Human Resources), the Human Resources Department, industrial physicians, and the Kurabo Health Insurance Union work together and exchange opinions with the Health and Safety Management Committee to work on health and productivity management promotion measures.

Our company was recognized in the “2024 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations (Large enterprise category)”.
The “2024 Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organizations (Large enterprise category)” is a recognition system for health & productivity management outstanding organizations promoted by the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry and Nippon Kenko Kaigi.This is a system to honor organizations that practice outstanding health and productivity management in collaboration with insurers.
We have established the Health Management Basic Policy and are working with the Kurabo Health Insurance Union to develop workplaces where employees can make the most of their skills while doing their jobs in a healthy, engaged manner. We are working on measures to foster and promote employee health, including gynecological examinations, anti-smoking measures, health guidance, and mental health measures.
We will continue to make further efforts to improve the health of our employees.
